Can I overdose?

In terms of too much of anything can be bad for you, then yes you can absolutely overdose on cannabinoids. The main difference between cannabinoids and other recreational drugs, is that overdosing will not be fatal by itself. You may be too high to operate machinery, drive a car or perform surgery but even if you find yourself in a severe weed nap due to eating 2500mg of edibles those negative effects will subside on their own.

What do you do if you’ve taken to much?

While overdosing on cannabinoids may be unpleasant, it is not dangerous in a way that is going to cause you harm. Just try to relax, find a nice comfy place to sit down and ride out the high. Natural cannabinoids have a 0% chance of killing you due to overdose, so as much as you may feel like it there is no need to go to the ER in cases of taking too many cannabinoids, If you do then they will pump you full of saline which may reduce your cottonmouth, but in the end they will put you in a bed and make you ride out your high in a hospital bed.

Instead of a costly visit to the ER we recommend hydrating with lemon juice in water, which helps neutralize terpenes and counteracts the dehydrating effects of THC. It is also said that chewing black peppercorns will shift discomfort due to terpenes.

By the time you wake up from some of the most restful slumber of your life you will notice that the worst is over.
